Submitting Proposed Orders
Agreed orders should be submitted to the Chapter 13 Trustee by e-mail in a .pdf format to orders@ch13sav.com. The subject line of the e-mail must contain the seven digit case number, followed by a space, followed by the surname of the debtor, followed by the words "Proposed Order" to assure the proposed orders are handled appropriately. For example, if submitting a request for a debtor named Joe Smith with case number 12-49991, place "12-49991 Smith Proposed Order" in the subject line.
E-mails that are submitted without the appropriate subject line may result in delays. Please include the hearing date in the body of the e-mail.
Orders submitted for review by the Chapter 13 Trustee should contain the actual signature of the attorney, or if an electronic signature is provided, evidence that the attorney provided permission to affix the electronic signature to the order. Orders that do not include the signatures of all attorneys will not be reviewed by the Chapter 13 Trustee.
Requests to Incur Debt
General Order Number 2010-2 authorizes the Trustee to grant debtors permission to enter into agreements to modify loans secured by real property or to incur debt. These requests may be submitted by e-mail to the Chapter 13 Trustee at Incur debt@ch13sav.com. The subject line of the e-mail must contain the seven digit case number, followed by a space, followed by the surname of the debtor, followed by a space, followed by the words "Incur Debt" to assure the request is handled appropriately. For example, if submitting a request for a debtor named Joe Smith with case number 12-49991, place "12-49991 Smith Incur Debt" in the subject line.
Tax Returns and Bank Statements
Tax returns and bank statements may be submitted by e-mail to the Chapter 13 Trustee at savch13@ch13sav.com. Please redact from these documents dates of birth, names of minor children, and all but the last four digits of the social security number, taxpayer identification number, and financial account number prior to sending them by e-mail. The subject line of the e-mail must contain the seven digit case number, followed by a space, followed by the surname of the debtor, followed by a space, followed by either the words "Tax Return" or "Bank Statements" to assure the documents are handled appropriately. For example, if submitting bank statements for a debtor named Joe Smith and case number 12-49991, place "12-49991 Smith Bank Statements" in the subject line. Documents submitted to this address should be received within seven (7) days of the first meeting of creditors.
